The Dex Group provides structured, community-based housing exclusively for adults 55 and older — whether you are returning from incarceration or simply need a safe, sober, age-appropriate place to call home. No families or children. All residents must be able to ambulate independently.

What we expect from residents
Sobriety
Maintain complete abstinence from alcohol and all non-prescribed substances at all times.
Random drug testing
All residents are subject to random drug testing at any time. A positive result is grounds for immediate discharge.
Participation
Attend weekly house meetings and actively engage in the peer community.
Responsibility
Contribute to household chores, respect shared spaces, and uphold house rules.
Progress
Work toward personal goals — employment, education, treatment, or community involvement.
