What DEX means
DEX stands for Dynamic Ecosystem Xperience. We chose that name intentionally — because recovery isn't a fixed destination. It's a dynamic, ever-evolving journey, and the community around you is the ecosystem that makes it possible.
We provide the foundation: beds, all utilities including WiFi, common areas stocked with books, games, arts and crafts, and security cameras in shared spaces for safety. This is an adult-only community — no families or children. All residents must be able to ambulate independently and maintain a substance-free lifestyle.

What we provide
Beds & all utilities
We provide shared bedroom housing with all utilities included — water, electricity, and WiFi. No hidden fees, just stable housing so residents can focus on recovery.
Common area amenities
Shared living spaces come stocked with books, games, arts and crafts, and other activities — plus security cameras in common areas for the safety and peace of mind of every resident.
55+ adult community
Our 55 and older program is an adult-only environment — no families or children. Residents must be able to ambulate independently and are surrounded by peers who share their stage of life and recovery journey.
Reentry-ready
Experienced in working with individuals transitioning from incarceration, with connections to reentry support services across Jacksonville.

Adults 55 and older who are committed to sobriety and independent living. This is an adult-only community — no families or children. Residents must be able to ambulate on their own and are looking for a respectful, age-appropriate environment.
